Individual owners are responsible for the drainage of their own land and for accepting and dealing with the natural catchment flows from adjoining land. For advice on problems connected with land drainage, please contact 01329 236100, or e-mail customerservices@fareham.gov.uk.

The Council owns the freehold of various Commercial, Industrial, Office and Retail properties in the borough. Legal Services (see Item 11 of the Minutes of the 8th March)
Fareham Borough Council operates a shared legal service with Southampton City Council that gives both councils access to an extensive range of legal knowledge and expertise. This involves both councils sharing a Solicitor to the Council and a comprehensive legal service. The service is based at Southampton with legal representation at Fareham Civic Offices.
