Swipe Cards for Disabled Parking
Blue Badge holders who are Borough residents can apply to the Council for a swipe card allowing free entry and exit to the Pay on Foot car parks. You will need to bring in your blue badge to the Customer Service Centre on the ground floor of the Civic Offices together with proof of address.
