Choose to spend time and money on being successful - How do I do that - faretec's cost saving inclusive monthly space charge

 

Our charges are based on the number of workstations suitable for available whole suites and when met each month in advance by Direct Debit. Larger suites are also currently available on a conventional, rent only lease, for longer periods, if required. Here, you would make a proportional contribution to any shared running costs. For the smaller suites, our charges are based on expected costs and are set for the period of the lease i.e. up to 2 years! Our charge takes care of the following costs and should save money on long term lease options when flexibility must be a given:

• Rent
• Non-Domestic Rates
• Buildings Insurance
• Power
• Heating, lighting and cooling costs
• Cleaning to the common areas
• Use of toilets and utility space
• Individual security system and services
• Maintenance, repairs and renewals ( outside of your lease requirements )
• Cams Estate & Carnac Court service charges
• On site parking
• Building Management
• Refuse collection
