Generally, we offer simple standard agreements giving you a lease of your suite for one year, which thereafter includes a right to 'break' the lease at six monthly intervals. You can of course stay longer. The process of agreement is designed to ensure that you can move in as quickly as possible, just weeks if required. Should you need to change suites, maybe to a larger ( or smaller ) one, your old lease is surrendered and a new lease is issued at the current charging rates.
