Business Premises Portfolio

The Council provides business premises for rent and has a portfolio of business premises at Fort Fareham, Palmerston Business Park, Newgate Lane and various other locations in the Borough. In March 2002 the Council acquired an office building on the Cams Estate - Faretec provides technology businesses with 6 well-connected office suites, available on flexible short-term leases.

Fareham Enterprise Centre in Newgate Lane offers small units of serviced industrial and office space on monthly licences. The Council owns the freehold of the Centre, but it is managed by Enterprise First which also offers business advice to occupiers. The Enterprise Agency can be contacted direct on Tel: 01329 317222.
