How to get involved

There are opportunities for you to find out about decisions and to get involved in the process. You can:

• See which decisions are coming up in the Forward Plan
• See the agenda and reports for a particular meeting five days before a particular decision is made
• Attend meetings of the Council, the Executive, Committees and Review Panels
• Make a deputation at these meetings to let councillors know your opinion on a matter
• See full details of what decisions are made, together with the reasons for that decision
