Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Committee

The Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Committee is made up of 10 councillors, listed below. It undertakes the Council's statutory responsibilities in dealing with licensing matters, health and safety enforcement issues and a number of regulatory matters, such as elections and certain financial matters. The Committee has appointed a Licensing Panel to determine applications for licences and certain other matters relating to individual licences.
