At Fareham Borough Council we make every effort to provide good quality service. Any comments, compliments or complaints you may have, provide valuable pointers to help us to continually improve our services and achieve this aim.

Comment or Compliment?

Please complete and return the Comment Form, or send us a letter to Customer Services Manager, Customer Service Centre, Fareham Borough Council, Freepost, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 7BR, or send an e-mail to customerservices@fareham.gov.uk, setting out your comment or compliment, together with your name and address and daytime contact telephone number. We aim to give you a response within 5 working days of receipt.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the service you receive, please contact the department involved, or a Customer Services Adviser by telephoning 01329 236100, or your local Councillor, who will try to put things right. If, however, you are still dissatisfied, the Council has a formal Corporate Complaints Procedure.

How do I make a Complaint?

If you wish to make a complaint, please take a few moments to read the summary of the Council's Corporate Complaints Procedure. For ease of submission you may either complete an electronic Complaint Form, or alternatively, you may print off a paper version Complaint Form (39 Kb) PDF logo, complete the details requested and return it to us either by post or e-mail your complaint details to customerservices@fareham.gov.uk.
