Local Service Agreements

Fareham Borough Council has a co-ordinated strategic planning process that integrates its corporate vision and objectives with detailed service and financial plans.   

There are Local Service Agreements for each of the Council's seven corporate priorities:

The Local Service Agreements bring together and describe the key activities and actions that will be delivered by individual service areas within the Council over the next few years.  They also include a range of performance indicators that demonstrate the degree of success of the Council in meeting the corporate vision and priorities.

The Local Service Agreements are currently being updated to bring them in line with the Corporate Strategy 2011-2017 (238 Kb) .  The revised documents will appear here in due course.
