Which Application Form do I need?
You can print four copies and follow the instructions for completing the appropriate type of application.
Plans to Accompany Planning Applications
You will need plans to accompany your application. The minimum is for a site location plan (4 copies) at scale 1:1250. The Council can provide Ordnance Survey extracts at 1:1250 and 1:500 block plans, or you can contact Centremaps to obtain them online from this link:
