Online Planning Search facility.
Application/
Property Search - Use this search if you know the planning
application reference number or all/part of the property address.
Weekly
Lists Search - (Received and Decided) - Use this link to view
applications submitted or decided over any recent period. There is also a static list for each week's new applications and decisions.
Appeals
Search - Use this search to view details on Planning Appeals,
including enforcement. To view all recent appeals, run the search
leaving all the fields blank.
Please note: the information on these links is live and available as soon as it is recorded
each day. There is no delay before the information is updated.
Below are some details on how to use the searches, if
you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact the
Planning Development Control Department.
Search criteria help
- "Application Reference" - Use the Council
Reference or part of it. (e.g. P/05/0001/OA)
- "Location" - Use all or part of the application
site address (e.g. 44 Ian Grove or 44 Ian)
- "Agent" - Use this to find all applications
submitted by that agent (e.g. John Smiths Consultants)
- "Ward" - Use the drop down menu to find all
applications for the ward selected (e.g. Fareham South)
- "Property Reference" - Use the Council Property
Reference or part of it. (e.g. 3890003300000)
- "Postcode" - Enter the property postcode with
or without the space. (e.g. PO16 4DT or PO160DT)
Other Notes on searching
- Special characters (i.e. " ' & @ %) are not
required to search for information. If used, this may
lead to inaccurate information being provided.
- Searches will look for any text which matches what is
entered. For example, entering P/05 will find all (P)lanning
applications in the year 2005
- Limit the text you enter to increase your chances of
finding the information you want. For example enter
"7 Dene" not "7 Dene Close Sarisbury Green
Southampton" etc.
- Try to avoid leaving spaces before or after the text you
enter as this can affect the outcome of the search.
- Although enforcement appeal information is shown,
enforcement complaint details are not available online.
- The Planning List search will only show current
applications. Searches involving older dates will not
show any applications which have had a decision issued.
