New Food Hygiene Regulations

 

New food hygiene regulations became effective from the 1st January 2006.  One major change in the legislation applies to food businesses is that they will now be required to have a documented food safety management system in place. This means that they must put in place procedures to manage food safely and have these procedures written down.
