Pollution Control
The Council's Environmental Health Officers will investigate complaints into industrial or neighbour nuisances regarding noise or emissions such as odours, smoke, dust, fumes etc. They also provide advice to complainants and those causing the nuisance to resolve issues before formal investigation is required.
