Have you ever thought about making your property earn money for you?

We are looking for a range of temporary bed and breakfast accommodation (on average for between 3-6 months) to house single people and couples to whom the Council has a statutory duty to assist with housing.  These are genuine people who have lost their home through no fault of their own. If you fit the bill and join the scheme, you will receive £12 per adult for every occupied night. Please note that you can stop and start your involvement in the scheme at any time.

We are also looking for lodging accommodation for singles and couples for whom the Council does not have any duty to assist.  The rate of income you will receive will depend on the accommodation being provided. 

The Council also requires self contained family sized accommodation to refer homeless households to.  If you have such accommodation please contact the Accommodation Officer at Fareham Borough Council on 01329 236100 or csd@fareham.gov.uk.
