Fareham Borough Council owns approximately 2,400 homes for rent. This number is continually decreasing as more homes are sold through the Government’s 'Right to Buy’ scheme. Fareham Borough Council no longer builds new homes itself, however, registered social landlords (i.e. housing associations) give the Council a proportion of properties when new schemes are built throughout the borough which are then filled via the Housing Waiting List.
If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness or require advice on your housing options please contact our Housing Options Team on telephone number 01329 236100 or email: customerservices@fareham.gov.uk.
