  • Garden Court is a mix of Sheltered Housing and General Purpose Housing
  • There are two floors (ground and first) for Sheltered Housing only consisting of 28 one bedroom flats and 1 bedsit
  • Communal facilities include a lounge, laundry room and garden
  • Close to shops and public transport
  • All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a door entry facility linked to a CCTV system
  • There is a 'No Smoking' policy in place in all communal areas
  • No cats or dogs are allowed in this scheme

 

Lincoln Close

  • There are two floors with 40 modern self contained one bedroom flats Communal facilities include a lounge, guest room, kitchen and garden
  • All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a floor entry facility linked to a CCTV system
  • All flats have a gas supply
  • All flats are served by a communal TV aerial and are wired for cable TV
  • Tenants are allowed cats and dogs in this scheme

 

Melvin Jones House

  • There are two floors consisting of 24 bedsits and 11 one bedroom flats, each have their own kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle
  • Communal facilities include a lounge, guest room, laundry room and garden
  • All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a door entry facility linked to a CCTV system
  • All flats are wired for cable TV
  • There is a 'No Smoking' policy in place in all communal areas except the 'Quiet Room'
  • No pets are allowed in this scheme
