Barnfield Court (Cat 1)

• The scheme consists of 38 one bedroom flats
• It receives the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service which provides one visit a week and an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response 7 days a week
• The scheme is close to public transport for a short journey to Fareham Town Centre

Baytree Lodge

• Baytree Lodge consists of 13 one bedroom flats and receives the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service
• The services provides tenants with a weekly visit and an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• It is situated close to Stubbington Village and public transport
• There is some provision for parking

Beverley Close

• The scheme consists of 14 one bedroom ground and first floor flats with rear gardens
• The Mobile Sheltered Housing Service provides tenants with a weekly visit and each flat is fitted with an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency cover 7 days a week
• There are public transport routes close by to take you to the local shopping centre, Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton

Birchen Close

• Birchen Close is a group of 7 one bedroom bungalows with private front and rear gardens, there is also provision for car parking
• The scheme receives the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service providing a weekly visit and each bungalow is fitted with an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• Public transport routes are nearby to take you to the Locks Heath Centre, Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton

Chapelside

• The Mobile Sheltered Housing Officers visit the scheme once a week and an alarm system is fitted to provide 24 emergency response cover 7 days a week
• There are 12 one bedroom flats and 2 studio flats
• This scheme is approximately 2.5 miles from Fareham Town Centre, there is a regular bus service to both Southampton and Portsmouth

Coniston Walk

• There are 8 one bedroom flats at Coniston Walk each receiving the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service, this provides the tenants with a weekly visit.
• Each flat is fitted with an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• There are private gardens at Coniston Walk and it is close to local shops and public transport

Foster Close

• Foster Close consists of 8 one bedroom flats each receiving the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service, this provides tenants with a weekly visit and an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response 7 days a week
• A door entry system has been installed for peace of mind and security

Foy Gardens

• There are 20 one bedroom flats at Foy Gardens each receiving the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service, this provides tenants with a weekly visit.
• Each flat is connected to an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• The scheme has communal gardens and there is provision for car parking
• The flats are within walking distance of Warsash Village and local public transport

Frosthole Close

• There are two floors with 56 self contained one bedroom flats and 6 two bedroom maisonettes
• They are Managed by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service receiving a visit once a week
• On-site communal facilities include a lounge, laundry room and gardens.
• There are regular social activities such as bingo, trips and coffee mornings
• Close to shops, public transport, GP surgeries and dental practices
• All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a secure door entry system
• All flats have a gas supply
• All flats are served by a communal TV aerial and are wired for cable TV

Hillson Drive

 

• Hillson Drive has 8 one bedroom bungalows, all have their own private rear garden
• They are managed by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service receiving a visit once a week, each bungalow is connected to an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• The bungalows are on a main bus route to Fareham and the shops in Highlands Road

Holly Hill Mansion

• Managed by Mobile Sheltered Housing Officers who visit once a week
• There are three floors consisting of 2 bedsits and 11 one bedroom flats, each containing their own kitchen and bathroom
• On-site communal facilities include a lounge, laundry room and garden
• All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a secure door entry system
• All flats are served by a communal TV aerial

King George Road

• King George Road consists of 12 one bedroom flats
• The flats receive the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service which provides the tenants with a weekly visit. Each flat is fitted with an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• This scheme is situated within easy walking distance of Portchester Shopping Precinct

Nashe Way

• This is a small scheme of 1 bedroom bungalows, each has its own rear garden
• It is served by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service providing tenants with one visit a week plus 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week

Norman Close

• Norman Close is a small scheme of 15 one bedroom bungalows with small front and rear gardens
• It receives the Mobile Sheltered Housing Service providing tenants with a weekly visit.
• Each bungalow is connected to an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week

Northmore Close

• With a Mobile Sheltered Housing Officer this scheme provides residents with 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• There are two floors with 36 self contained one bedroom flats
• There is a communal garden
• Close to shops and public transport
• All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a secure door entry system
• All flats are served by a communal TV aerial

Spencer Court

• The scheme has a mixture of 8 ground floor flats and 6 bungalows, the properties all have one bedroom and the bungalows have rear gardens
• The Mobile Sheltered Housing service provides a weekly visit and each property is fitted with an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• Public transport is close by to take you to Stubbington Village and Fareham

Trafalgar Court

• There are two floors with a total of 34 self contained one bedroom flats
• The Mobile Sheltered Housing Service provides a weekly visit
• Communal facilities include a lounge, guest room and gardens
• All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a door entry facility linked to a CCTV system
• All flats have gas supply
• All flats are served by a communal TV aerial
• There is a 'No Smoking' policy in all communal areas
• Tenants are allowed to bring a cat or dog into this scheme

Western Court

• Western Court is just one of our Sheltered Housing Schemes managed by the Mobile Sheltered Housing team
• The service provides a weekly visit and each flat is connected to an alarm system to enable 24 hour emergency response cover 7 days a week
• There are 3 floors consisting of 25 one bedroom flats with a lift to all floors
• The scheme is close to shops and public transport
• For peace of mind and security each flat is connected to a door entry system and CCTV
