Portsmouth Housing Association (this is an external hyperlink) and their development partner Austin Builders are converting the 1st floor of the Lloyds TSB Bank building and will be extending upwards, to incorporate 14 units for social rental, consisting of 11 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom flats.  Completion is estimated to be September 2007 and nominations to these properties will be made from the Council’s Housing Waiting List.

Former MODA Public House, 163 West Street

This site (602 Kb) is being developed by Portsmouth Housing Association (this is an external hyperlink) and will provide 16 x 2 bedroom flats for rent to local people nominated from the Council's Housing Waiting List.  Completion is estimated to be March 2008.

This former council owned site (424 Kb) is being developed by Swaythling Housing Society (this is an external hyperlink) and will provide 3 x 1 bedroom and 8 x 2 bedroom flats for rent to local people nominated from the Council's Housing Waiting List.  Completion is estimated to be March 2008.
