This site is currently being developed by George Wimpey and will provide a total of 65 dwellings.  In partnership with Atlantic Housing Limited (this is an external hyperlink).

2 x 4-bedroom houses, 4 x 3-bedroom houses, 2 x 2-bedroom flats and 2 x 1-bedroom flats will be provided for social rental, with nominations made from the Council’s Housing Waiting List.  The following units will be built for low cost home ownership; 2 x 1-bedroom flats, 2 x 2-bedroom flats, 3 x 2-bedroom house.  This scheme is run by the Homes in Hants (this is an external hyperlink) team at Swaythling Housing Society (this is an external hyperlink).  Completion will be in stages throughout 2007, with all flats estimated for completion in September, the remaining rental houses in December and the remaining low cost houses in Spring 2008.

Fareham Community Centre, Queens Road

This former community centre site is being developed by Portsmouth Housing Association (this is an external hyperlink) and will provide 4 x 1 bedroom and 16 x 2 bedroom flats for rent to local people with nominations from the Council's Housing Waiting List.  Completion is estimated to be February 2008.
