Local Land Charges Fees
The Council's Fees and Charges for the Local Land Charges Service are set annually by the Full Council. Given below are the fees and copying charges that apply for the financial year 2008/9. These fees and charges are subject to review at any time throughout the year as deemed appropriate.

Copying Charges
Copy planning permissions, building regulation approvals, completion certificates, dedication agreements, tree preservation orders - £10 (including VAT) for dispatch within 5 working days of receipt or, £20 if required within 48 hours (including VAT).
Legal Agreements - £20 (including VAT) for dispatch within 5 working days or, £40 (including VAT) if required within 48 hours.
