Local Land Charges Fees

The Council's Fees and Charges for the Local Land Charges Service are set annually by the Full Council. Given below are the fees and copying charges that apply for the financial year 2012/13.

These fees and charges are subject to review at any time throughout the year as deemed appropriate.

Basic search fee (LLC1 and Local Enquiries) - £164.00

LLC1 only (whole or any one part) - £32.00

Local Enquiries - £132.00

Optional Enquiries - £23.00

Solicitors own enquiries - £41.00

Extra parcels of land (maximum of 16) - £41.00

Commons Registration Searches - £23.00

                                                          

Copying Charges

Copy planning permissions, building regulation approvals, completion certificates, dedication agreements - £10.21 (including £1.70 VAT).

 

Tree preservation orders - £20 (including VAT).

Legal Agreements (S106, S52 etc.) - £20.42 (including £3.40 VAT).

 

The standard supply of copy documents is 5 working days.
