Community Development

Community Development covers five main areas of activity;

• To support people and communities within the Borough, enabling them to take full part in society

• The provision of accessible information, advice and support for community groups, voluntary organisations and individuals that operate across the Fareham Borough.

• To promote and support sustainable communities through the development of strong partnerships and networks of voluntary activity.

• To raise awareness of and commitment to the valuable network of community activity that exists across the Borough.

• To tackle poverty and promote social inclusion
