There are 17 sets of public conveniences in the Borough with 15 of these under the Council's control, 1 is managed by Fareham Shopping Centre and 1 is managed by Market Quay Developments.
Many offer baby changing facilities and are accessible to people with disabilities.
All the toilets in the Borough are cleaned at least three times a day, seven days a week. Our contractor will respond within 1 hour of the Council contacting them.
The council is always happy to receive any comments or reports regarding the facilities that we provide. Fareham Shopping Centre manages a set of toilets for which they are fully responsible. These are located at the rear of the centre, opposite the Shopmobility Centre in the Osborn Road multi-story carpark. The Market Quay Shopping Centre manages a set of toilets for which they are fully responsible. These are located to the rear of Wilkinsons in a building adjoining the First travel Shop. If you wish to report a problem, please contact them direct on Tel: 01329- 827723 during trading hours.
Facilities accessible to disabled people are kept closed, but access can be gained 24 hrs a day with a special key called a radar key.
