Council Notice Boards

Fareham Borough Council manages 42 notice boards across the Borough, which can be used free of charge by the public to promote events organised by voluntary organisations, community groups or other 'not for profit' organisations serving the needs of the community.

Posters:

  • must be delivered to the Civic Offices at least one week before the date you've chosen for them to be displayed
  • must be A5 portrait size
  • will be displayed on the notice boards for two weeks
  • can be displayed on all notice boards across the Borough, or on specific ones you choose.

For details of display dates and to submit the details of where and when you'd like your posters to be displayed on our boards, please complete this notice board online form. Once you have submitted the form, you will be given a unique reference number.

 

Posters should be brought into the Civic Offices or posted to the Customer Services Centre, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ; no later than 7 days before the display date; and marked "Posters". When submitting posters, would you please ensure that a contact name; reference number given to you when completing the online form above; and telephone number is also supplied in case of any queries.

  • We will do our best to include your posters on our notice boards, however we can't guarantee that they will definitely appear.
  • Unfortunately we are not able to return any posters.
