Council Notice Boards

Fareham Borough Council manages 42 notice boards across the Borough, which can be used free of charge by the public to promote events taking place in the Borough of Fareham organised by voluntary organisations, community groups or other 'not for profit' organisations serving the needs of the community.

Posters:

• must be delivered to the Civic Offices at least two weeks before the date you've chosen for them to be displayed.
• must be A5 portrait size (even if laminated the final size must be no larger than A5 to fit into the poster pockets)
• will be displayed on the notice boards for up to three weeks.
• can be displayed on all notice boards across the Borough, or on specific ones you choose.

Display dates on weeks commencing:

• w/c 9 January 2012 (posters must be received no later than 19 Dec)
• w/c 30 January 2012 (posters must be received no later than 13 Jan)
• w/c 20 February 2012 (posters must be received no later than 3 Feb)
• w/c 12 March 2012 (posters must be received no later than 24 Feb)
• w/c 2 April 2012 (posters must be received no later than 16 Mar)
• w/c 23 April 2012 (posters must be received no later than 6 Apr)
• w/c 14 May 2012 (posters must be received no later than 27 Apr)
• w/c 4 June 2012 (posters must be received no later than 18 May)
• w/c 25 June 2012 (posters must be received no later than 8 Jun)
• w/c 16 July 2012 (posters must be received no later than 29 Jun)
• w/c 6 August 2012 (posters must be received no later than 20 Jul)
• w/c 27 August 2012 (posters must be received no later than 10 Aug)
• w/c 17 September 2012 (posters must be received no later than 31 Aug)
• w/c 8 October 2012 (posters must be received no later than 21 Sep)
• w/c 29 October 2012 (posters must be received no later than 12 Oct)
• w/c 19 November 2012 (posters must be received no later than 2 Nov)
• w/c 10 December 2012 (posters must be received no later than 23 Nov)
• w/c 7 January 2013 (posters must be received no later than 14 Dec)
• w/c 28 January 2013 (posters must be received no later than 11 Jan)
• w/c 18 February 2013 (posters must be received no later than 1 Feb)

(N.B. We will endeavour to keep to these dates, however they may be subject to change).

To submit the details of where and when you'd like your posters to be displayed on our boards, please complete this notice board online form. Once you have submitted the form, you will be given a unique reference number.

Posters should be brought into the Civic Offices or posted to the Customer Services Centre, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ; no later than 14 days before the display date; and marked "Posters". When submitting posters, would you please ensure that a contact name; reference number given to you when completing the online form above; and telephone number is also supplied in case of any queries. • We will do our best to include your posters on our notice boards, however we can't guarantee that they will definitely appear. (Please note: the online form does not guarantee your 'place' on the boards. Posters will be included on a 'first come, first served basis' once we have received them. The earlier we receive your posters, the more chance there is that they will be displayed.)

• If there is not enough space on the boards priority is given to Fareham Borough Council activities. The terms and conditions for displaying posters on these notice boards are available.

• Unfortunately we are unable to return any posters.
