Question 1: Can you store cheese in the freezer? Answer: Yes. Storing cheese in the freezer prolongs its life and is a good option if you have some left over or take advantage of 'Buy one get one free' offers.
Question 2: You have to eat food which has reached its Use by Date. After this date, food may not be safe to eat. Food with a 'best before' date should be safe to eat after this date, but they may no longer be at their best. One exception is eggs, which should never be eaten after the 'best before' date.
