Fareham Town Centre Design Guide

 

The Town Centre Design Guide (6 Mb) provides advice for landowners, developers and the public about how new development should be designed and how it will be assessed within the town centre area.

 

 

The Design Guide was adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance to Policies DG3, DG4, DG5, DG6 and S1 of the Fareham Borough Local Plan Review 2000, following Executive approval on the 16th February 2004.
