The Planning and Design Brief for the Hinton Hotel, Catisfield Lane (390 Kb) provides planning and design guidance for landowners, developers and the public about the potential future development of the Hinton Hotel, Catisfield. 

 

The brief is to be adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance to Policy H1 of the Fareham Borough Local Plan Review 2000, following Executive approval on 16th February 2004. This followed a six week period of public consultation.

 

Policy H1 identifies this site as a housing allocation for the period up to 2006.
