Townscape - Urban Areas

The areas shown grey on the plan are 'built up' urban areas. These areas are not 'landscape' but may be described as 'townscape'.

 

Many of the older historic urban areas are Conservation Areas. In addition Fareham has a wide variety of townscape types of different character as shown below:
