Peters Road - Adopted Brief

As part of the emerging Fareham Local Development Framework, a Development Brief for residential development has been prepared for land at Peters Road, Locks Heath. The site is allocated in the Fareham Borough Local Plan, which means that the principle of development on the site has already been agreed.

 

The development brief for residential development at Peters Road was adopted by Fareham Borough Council on the 15th November 2007. The brief sets out planning and design guidance and requirements for future development of the land.

 

The adopted brief along with the adoption statement (101 Kb) and consultation statement (122 Kb) can be viewed in PDF format or in hard copy at the Civic Offices and local libraries.
