Local planning authorities are required to prepare an Annual Monitoring Report which forms part of the Local Development Framework.
The purpose of Annual Monitoring Reports is to:

This is the third Annual Monitoring Report 2007 (1,026 Kb)
to be prepared by Fareham Borough Council. The Annual Monitoring Report 2007 takes into account the period April 1st 2006 to 31st March 2007.
The Annual Monitoring Report was approved by the Executive of the Council on 3rd December 2007 and submitted to the Government Office for the South East on 20th December 2007.
This is the second Annual Monitoring Report 2006 (1,027 Kb)
to be prepared by Fareham Borough Council. The Annual Monitoring Report 2006 takes into account the period April 1st 2005 to 31st March 2006.
The Annual Monitoring Report was approved by the Executive of the Council on 4th December 2006 and submitted to the Government Office for the South East on 11th December 2006.
A supplement to the Annual Monitoring Report 2006 (50 Kb)
that contains additional information relating to flood protection and water quality with respect to planning permissions in Fareham, has since been submitted to the Government.
