Annual Monitoring Report

Local planning authorities are required to prepare an Annual Monitoring Report which forms part of the Local Development Framework.

The purpose of Annual Monitoring Reports is to:

Review progress of document preparation against the timetable and milestones in the local development scheme
Assess and review the extent to which policies in local development documents are being implemented
Explain what steps should be taken to ensure that policies are implemented
Set out whether policies are to be amended or replaced

An Annual Monitoring Report will be published every December.

Annual Monitoring Report 2007

This is the third Annual Monitoring Report 2007 (1,026 Kb) to be prepared by Fareham Borough Council. The Annual Monitoring Report 2007 takes into account the period April 1st 2006 to 31st March 2007.

The Annual Monitoring Report was approved by the Executive of the Council on 3rd December 2007 and submitted to the Government Office for the South East on 20th December 2007.

Annual Monitoring Report 2006

This is the second Annual Monitoring Report 2006 (1,027 Kb) to be prepared by Fareham Borough Council. The Annual Monitoring Report 2006 takes into account the period April 1st 2005 to 31st March 2006.

The Annual Monitoring Report was approved by the Executive of the Council on 4th December 2006 and submitted to the Government Office for the South East on 11th December 2006.

A supplement to the Annual Monitoring Report 2006 (50 Kb) that contains additional information relating to flood protection and water quality with respect to planning permissions in Fareham, has since been submitted to the Government.

Annual Monitoring Report 2005

This is the first Annual Monitoring Report 2005 (660 Kb) to be prepared by Fareham Borough Council. The Annual Monitoring Report 2005 takes into account the period April 1st 2004 to March 31st 2005.

This Annual Monitoring Report was approved by the Executive of the Council on 5th December 2005 and submitted to the Government Office for the South East on 8th December 2005.

An supplement to the Annual Monitoring Report 2005(14 Kb) that contains additional information relating to housing completions within Fareham has since been submitted to the Government.
