Developer Contributions

In accordance with Core Strategy Policy CS20 'Infrastructure and Development Contributions', new developments will normally be expected to provide or contribute towards the provision of infrastructure. Until the Charging Schedule for the Community Infrastructure Levy has been adopted the following documents are material considerations in the determination of planning applications and will be used as the basis for calculating contributions:

On site provision of Affordable Housing is expected to be made by developments that qualify in accordance with Core Strategy Policy CS18 'Provision of Affordable Housing'. See also the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document.
