The current Development Plan for Fareham Borough is comprised of the following:

• Regional Spatial Strategy for the South East, known as the South East Plan, including a South Hampshire Sub-Regional Strategy.
• Fareham Local Development Framework (DPDs only), incorporating the saved policies of the Fareham Borough Local Plan Review 2000
• Hampshire Minerals and Waste Development Framework (prepared by Hampshire County Council, Southampton City Council and Portsmouth City Council and the New Forest National Park Authority), incorporating the saved policies Hampshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan.
