As part of the emerging Fareham Local Development Framework, a Development Brief for residential development has been prepared for land at Hunts Pond Road, Titchfield Common. The site is allocated in the Fareham Borough Local Plan, which means that the principle of development on the site has already been agreed.
The development brief for residential development at Hunts Pond Road was adopted by Fareham Borough Council on the 19th January 2007. The brief sets out planning and design guidance and requirements for future development of the land.
The adopted brief along with the adoption statement (101 Kb)
