Peters Road

As part of the emerging Fareham Local Development Framework, a Development Brief for residential development is being prepared for land at Peters Road, Locks Heath. The site is allocated in the Fareham Borough Local Plan, which means that the principle of development on the site has already been agreed.

The Peters Road draft development brief has now been prepared and was available for consultation from 6th August to 14th September 2007 with an exhibition being held on 4th and 5th September at Priory Park Community Centre.

A Sustainability Appraisal (205 Kb) has also been carried out for this Brief. An accompanying Statement of Matters (83 Kb) , Consultation Statement (160 Kb) and Response Form (50 Kb) are all available to view in PDF format or in hard copy at the Civic Offices and local libraries.

An exhibition was held last year on the 24th and 25th October 2006 regarding the site at Peters Road, Locks Heath.  This consultation enabled people to express their main concerns regarding the site.  Exhibition Material (3,177 Kb) from the Public Exhibition is available to view on this website and also at Lockswood Centre library.  

A Peters Road questionnaire (23 Kb) was also available as part of the consultation process.
