Preparation Stages
The Statement of Community Involvement underwent various stages of preparation. Each stage involved a period of public consultation. The draft Statement of Community Involvement was also subject to independent examination prior to its adoption.
This consultation was undertaken during the Summer of 2004 and Spring of 2005. A Statement of Consultation Undertaken and a summary of a Consultation Audit Report are available for inspection. Draft Statement of Community Involvement Consultation
Between 31st May and 11th July 2005 a Draft Statement of Community Involvement was available for consultation.
Submission Statement of Community Involvement
The Submission document was subject to a 6 week period of consultation between 12th October and 22nd November 2005. Formal representations were received and are available to view on-line or at the Planning department on Floor 5 of the Civic Offices.
