What Should I Do if I Move?

If you are moving out from a property in Fareham, email businessrates@fareham.gov.uk so that we can make any adjustments to your bill.

 

We will need the following information:

• your name and present address;
• the date you are moving;
• your new address;
• a daytime telephone number and/or email address;
• if the property was owned or rented;
• date of purchase;
• name(s) of new resident(s);
• whether the property is furnished;
• tenancy dates;
• name and address of landlord/agent:

If you are moving into a property email businessrates@fareham.gov.uk as soon as possible so that we can send you a bill and give you as many instalments as possible.

• how you would like to pay;
• your old address if it is Fareham;
• a daytime telephone number and/email address;
• if the property is owned or rented;
• date of sale;
• whether the property is furnished;
• tenancy dates;
• name and address of landlord/agent.
