Borough Council Election: 1 May 2008

 

On Thursday 1 May 2008, an election of borough councillors will be held in Fareham.   This page will be updated throughout the lead-in period to provide information relating to the election as it becomes available.  Just click on the relevant links below.

How do I vote? 

To be eligible to vote in the next election, you will need to register as an elector not later than 16th April.  If you wish to vote by post you will need to submit an application by 5pm on 16th April.  If you need to appoint someone to vote on your behalf you will need to do so by 5pm on 23rd April.  If you have an unforeseen medical emergency after this date and wish to appoint someone to vote on your behalf you should contact the election office for advice.

 

Where do I vote? 

Details of the polling station you vote at will be given on your poll card, which will be delivered between 27 March and 6 April.
