We are open from 8.45am until 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and from 8.45am until 4.45pm on Friday.

We have a minicom for hearing impaired people on 01329 824814.
We can usually arrange translation into other languages, or into large print for most of our documents. If you know someone who would benefit from receiving translated or large print documents, please let us know.
We may be able to arrange for a sign language interpreter if you contact us in advance and make an appointment to see us.
We can arrange for home visits in certain circumstances. Contact us by telephone or e-mail to see if we can make an appointment, giving your reasons why you feel that a home visit would be appropriate in your case.
