You can use your own telephone banking or internet banking facilities to pay us. Please make sure that you quote the correct reference number. The Council's bank details are:
Fareham Borough Council BP Account
Sort code 52.41.32
Account number 07020066
Please note that failure to quote the correct reference number could mean that your payment will be delayed.
We do not recommend payment by Standing Order, as you do not have the same guarantees that you have with Direct Debit if the payments go wrong. You will also not have the same flexibility as Direct Debit which allows you to have a choice of four different payment dates.
If you still want to set up a Standing Order, please ensure that you contact us to obtain the correct bank details. Please also ensure that the standing order is renewed every time that you are sent a new bill which revises the payments that are expected.
