What Should I Do if I Move?

If you are moving out from a property in Fareham you should contact us so that we can make any adjustments to your bill.

We will need the following information:

  • Your name and present address;
  • The date you are moving;
  • Your new address;
  • A daytime telephone number and/or email address;
  • If the property was owned or rented;
  • Date of sale;
  • Name(s) of new resident(s);
  • Whether the property is furnished;
  • Tenancy dates;
  • Name and address of landlord or agent;
  • Names of any tenants remaining after you have moved out.

If you are moving in to a property you should contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you a bill and give you as many instalments as possible.

We will need the following information:

  • Your name and new address;
  • The date you are moving;
  • How you would like to pay;
  • Your old address if it is in Fareham;
  • A daytime telephone number and/or email address;
  • If the property is owned or rented;
  • Date of sale;
  • Number of adults (18 and over) in the property;
  • Whether the property is furnished;
  • Tenancy dates;
  • Name and address of landlord or agent.
