We can usually arrange translation into other languages or into large print for most of our documents. If you know someone who would benefit from receiving translated or large print documents, please let us know.
We may be able to arrange for a sign language interpreter if you contact us in advance and make an appointment to see us.
We can arrange for home visits in certain circumstances. Contact us by telephone on 01329 824663 or email us at benefits@fareham.gov.uk to see if we can make an appointment, giving your reasons why you feel that a home visit would be appropriate in your case.
If you want to report someone who you think is committing benefit fraud, please either ring the Hotline Number 01329 824667. Please leave a message if there is no one available to speak to you. Alternatively you can e-mail investigations@fareham.gov.uk or complete this on-line form which will be sent straight to the investigations team.
