Customer Service Centre
Our Customer Service Centre provides easy access to a wide range of Council services and our dedicated Customer Service Team are fully trained to assist you with many enquiries. Without the need to travel between Council offices you can now deal with several different issues at the same time.
The Council's Customer Service Centre telephone number is 01329 236100. Our opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm for telephone enquiries
Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm for reception enquiries
Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.45am - 4.00pm for the Cash Office
