Fareham e-panel

Join our online panel and help improve services.

Have your say and enrol to be part of the Fareham e-panel by completing our online registration form.

To join the e-panel you must be a resident of Fareham, 16 years or over and have an e-mail address which we can use to contact you.

We will need to gather some personal and sensitive information about you in order to balance the panel to reflect a wide variety of views and opinions from across the borough. Please read the terms and conditions and data protection statement before submitting your registration form.

We will ask e-panel members to complete surveys about a range of services provided by the various organisations which form Fareham’s Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) – networkfareham.

networkfareham brings together all the agencies, organisations, businesses, voluntary and community groups working in, and for, the local community. The main objective of networkfareham is to set a common vision for Fareham and coordinate and drive delivery of local services, ensuring that by working together it improves the quality of life for the residents of Fareham.
