Fareham e-panel

Join our online panel and help improve services.

Have your say and enrol to be part of the Fareham e-panel by completing our online registration form.

To join the e-panel you must be a resident of Fareham, 18 years or over and have an e-mail address which we can use to contact you.

We will need to gather some personal and sensitive information about you in order to balance the panel to reflect a wide variety of views and opinions from across the borough. Please read the terms and conditions and data protection statement before submitting your registration form.

We will ask e-panel members to complete surveys about a range of services.

Young Person's E-Panel

Young People in Fareham are invited to join the Young Person's E-panel.  You must be aged between 13 and 19 years and have an e-mail address which we can use to contact you.
