Special Branch - the sequel

 

Fareham Borough Council’s popular special branch tree workshop returns on Saturday 26th April 2008.

A day packed with twig delights, participants can become detective and learn the art of tree identification.

Meeting at the Holly Hill Woodland Park main car park, off Barnes Lane, Sarisbury Green at 1pm, tickets cost £2.50 each and can be booked by calling the Fareham Tourist Information Centre on 01329 221342 or email: farehamtic@tourismse.com

Places are limited to 30 places.

Director of Customer Services Martyn George said: “After the success the event last year, I’m sure this year’s workshop will prove to be just as popular. Learning how to identify the many different types of trees with expert advice from a Park Ranger is very interesting and makes an enjoyable afternoon.”
