Fareham Borough Council’s CATs (Community Action Teams) officers will be visiting Fareham Shopping Centre on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th February, to promote the third round of CATs meetings in March.
The officers, who will be based outside The Body Shop and Accesorize, will be on hand to give borough residents information about the CATs meetings and why it’s important that members of the public take this opportunity to have their say about local community issues that matter to them.
March CATs meetings all start at 7pm until 8.30pm, at the following locations:
Tuesday 4th March – Titchfield
Titchfield Parish Rooms (Parking in local public car park behind the hall)
Wednesday 5th March – Fareham
Uplands Primary School (very limited parking)
Friday 7th March – Portchester
Portchester Parish Hall (parking in local car park next to hall)
Tuesday 11th March – Crofton
Holy Rood Church (limited parking at the church)
Friday 14th March – Western Wards
Victory Hall, Warsash (parking on site behind the hall)
Executive Member for Service Performance and Improvement, Councillor Trevor Cartwright, said: “Following the success of the first two rounds of CATs meetings, we’re looking forward to welcoming the public to the next meetings in March. Our Community Engagement Officers will be on hand in Fareham Shopping Centre to answer questions about how the CATs meetings work.”
