The Great Easter egg hunt 2008

Pirates will be hiding treasure (Easter eggs) at Holly Hill on Saturday 15th March, when the annual Easter egg hunt takes place at the woodland park.

 

A fun packed family day will have treasure hunters young and old (children and their parents) hunting for the Easter eggs whilst pitting their wits and pitching battles with Holly Hill’s very own Jack Sparrow and Davey Jones.

 

Executive Member for Community, Councillor Connie Hockley, said: “This annual Easter event grows in popularity year on year and I am sure that the 2008 egg hunt ‘The Pirates of Holly Hill’ will be no exception.”

 

Meet at Holly Hill Woodland Park’s main car park, off Barnes Lane, Sarisbury Green. The hunt starts at 12noon with staged entry times until the last entry at 3pm.

 

Tickets cost £5 per child (adults free with children). Numbers are limited to 250 children and as the event is always a sell out; the public are advised to book well in advance. To book contact Fareham Tourist Information Centre, tel: 01329 221342.
