The fourth round of Community Action Team meetings (CATs) will be taking place across the Borough from next week, giving members of the public the chance to discuss concerns they have regarding their local communities; ideas for improvements; and the chance to bid for funds for local projects.
June CATs meetings all start at 7pm until 8.30pm, at the following locations:
At the five June CAT meetings young people from each neighbourhood will be giving a presentation of their views about living in the area and ideas they have for the future.
Executive Member for Service Performance and Improvement, Councillor Trevor Cartwright, said: “Next week sees the start of the fourth round of CATs meetings being held at five locations across the borough. Since the initiative began last September, there has been a high level of attendance at the previous three meetings and we are looking forward to welcoming the public to our next round of meetings in June“.
