Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit are government schemes to help people on low incomes (even if they are working) to pay their rent and/or council tax.  It is managed and paid by Fareham Council's Benefits Service on behalf of Central Government.

Housing and Council Tax Benefits are the responsiblity of the Benefits Team within the Department of Finance and Resources.
