Housing

There are two Housing Divisions within Fareham Borough Council. 

The division of Strategic Housing is responsible for meeting the housing needs of the community, including:

• Housing Advice services
• LetSelect and the Housing Waiting List
• Homelessness and trying to prevent it from occurring
• Enabling new Affordable Housing to be built in partnership with Housing Associations
• Energy Efficiency advice
• Adaptations for the disabled
• Improving housing conditions in the private sector
• Producing a Housing Strategy for the Borough

The Division of Tenancy Services is responsible for managing and maintaining the Council's housing stock, including Sheltered Housing.
